Note:
* Registration fees for the Indian Nationals are inclusive of GST (18%), except for the Research Scholar/Student of IIIT-Allahabad.
* Registration fees for the Research Scholars/Students of IIIT-Allahabad (host institute) are exempted from GST as per the goverment norms.
* Registration fees is inclusive of fooding (Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner) during the workshop.
* On-spot payment of RDAB 2020 fees on 6th,March 2020 at IIIT-Allahabad is also available for the participants having trouble in online payment. These participants are requested to mail us their preference of on-spot payment in reply to the acknowledgement mail sent to after submitting FORM-A.
* No TA/DA will be given from the institute for attending RDAB-2020.
* No refund will be entertained under any circumstances.

Note:
* In TYPE-1 accomodation preference will be given to Faculty Members/Industry Person/Post-Doc Fellow.
* Total number of days for TYPE-1 accomodation is calculated from the date of arrival to date of leaving. For example, if you are arriving on 05-03-2020 and leaving on 09-03-2020, then total number of days will be counted as five, irrespective of check-in or check-out time.
* Accomodation fees for TYPE-2 category includes total number of days stay at IIIT-Allahabad campus during the RDAB-2020. Leniency would be given to the participants to stay maximum one day before and after the workshop. For example, if the workshop is from 06 to 08 March, participants can stay from 05-03-2020 to 09-03-2020. Staying beyond this period will be charged as per hostel norms.
*** Payment of TYPE-1 & TYPE-2 accomodation should be done along with the registration fees. For example: In case if you have opted for TYPE-2 accomodation, you should pay Rs. 3,540 + Rs. 400 = Rs. 3,940. In case if you have opted for TYPE-1 accomodation then pay total amount of registration fees + (Rs. 800 * total number of days stay at IIIT-Allahabad).

STEPS FOR REGISTRATION (carefully follow the instructions)
Step 1:
Fill the Registration (Form-A) with your basic details and submit it.
Step 2:
Make the payment, registration fees + accomodation (TYPE-1 & TYPE-2, if opted for it) through NEFT or online mode. Account details are given below:

Step 3:
KEEP THE TRANSACTION DETAILS WITH YOU. Now fill the Registration (Form-B), submit it.
Step 4:
RENAME THE SCANNED COPY OR SCREENSHOT OF TRANSACTION RECEIPT WITH YOUR "FULL NAME" and send it in reply to the acknowledgement mail sent to you from RDAB-2020 when you have submitted registration form-A. Once the payment is verified from our end, you will receive a confirmation mail from rdab@iiita.ac.in
Note:
* Your registration will only be complete, if you have successfully submitted both registration forms (Form-A & Form-B) and made correct payment of registration fees.

Direction to reach IIIT-Allahabad:
From Allahabad Bus Station (Civil lines):
Distance: 10 Km; you can book an Auto rickshaw directly to IIIT Allahabad (cost around Rs.200/-), Ola/Uber (Costs between Rs. 150/- to 250/-). You can also use public transport like bus or auto-rickshaw by switching in between: From Bus Station to Railway Station (cost around Rs.15/-), Railway Station to Jhalwa (cost around Rs.15/-), Jhalwa to IIIT Allahabad (cost around Rs.10/-).
From Allahabad Railway Station:
Distance: 7 Km; you can book an Auto rickshaw directly to IIIT Allahabad (cost around Rs.150/-), Ola/Uber (Costs between Rs. 150/- to 250/-). You can also use public transport like bus or auto-rickshaw by switching in between: From Railway Station to Jhalwa (cost around Rs.15/-), Jhalwa to IIIT Allahabad (cost around Rs.10/-),
From Allahabad Airport:
Distance: 6 km; you can book Ola/Uber or Airport Taxi (Charges as applicable on Airport).
